Tell me what you think it means to LOVE.
Any level of love, any kind of love. What does it mean to you?
I will start:
I think there are several kinds of Love:
Puppy love: that first simple crush. so fresh so new so innocent. you are attracted to someone, your heart flutters, your face blushes, your tummy tightens and you smile uncontrolably. You think about the person all the time.
Deep Love: a love that has mellowed thru the years. A feeling that has mellowed out thru the years. where you care for someone deeply and are intimately connected to them emotionally. You have an intimate understanding of eachother and are comfortable in it.
Forbidden Love: an attraction you cannot help even tho you know it is not approved by society. A man for a man, woman for woman, or an age difference, or something else taboo. You keep your feelings secret from everyone but eachother. You wish everyday that your relationship was acceptible. secret looks, secret notes and always a feeling of intrigue.... an excitement.
Love for a child: an innocent eternally binding love. Unconditional in feeling, strength, time and space. knows no boundries. Can be felt with a look or touch. So sweet and pure.
Love for a tangible Item: it makes you smile when you think of it. When you are with it the joy of it is immediate and intense. Does not last long. can be fleeting... can change... outside factors can have an impact on it. Physical Love: the act of loving, using body parts... hehe. Cant get any more in detail then that... without being banned :-P
these are MY definitions of Love. This is how I have experienced them. You might agree , you might not.... but I'd love to hear all oppinions .. look forward to hearing from you. |
