Q: I am playing on a small interface and I cannot change it to a large one while playing. Why?
A: You cannot do it because the game window that you have opened handles small interfaces only. To change into a large interface you must stop the game, change the view in the main menu and start a new game. Then, similarly, you will not be able to change the large interface into a small one.
Q: I am playing at two machines simultaneously. The money I win is not the same as my account balance displayed in the window. Why?
A: Because you are playing at more than one machine, and your account balance in the window is refreshed every few dozen of seconds. Your calculations will not be correct until the end of the game. We make sure that when you have finished the game, your account balance will be the same as your calculations.
Q: I lost all my moneys - what can I do to play again?
A: You can get credit from bank - go to Account menu at main page of our web site and select My Bank tab - you can borrow money there.
